our visit to the domaine
We have always been surprised by the degree of hospitality we receive on the family domains in Burgundy and the Bersans certainly delivered. We ended up staying over three hours in the company of Jean-Christophe. We tasted their wines at every step of the process: in new French oak barrels, then in 1 year-old, then 2, etc. We even visited the bottling locale and put our own labels on some sample bottles.
Taking detailed notes of the different wines at their different stages with Jean-Christophe.
